The wide-Forehead Surgical Cap with Elastic Back offers a single-use cap for use during long procedures that is comfortable and fits securely because of its broad shape. Each is manufactured from soft, lightweight and breathable cluster keyback material. To fully and completely secure hair (even for wearers with long hair), the disposable surgical cap features a latex-free elastic band at the back. Thanks to these features, it is ideal for long periods of wear in the operating theatre, ICU and other laboratory departments. In addition, the wide and flat forehead contains no elastic, so this surgical cap will not leave a mark. Our Surgical Cap with Elastic Back is available in blue or green, offers protection against particles- and hair-related cross-contamination, making it the preferred line for the operating theatre.

Our factory's management system is in accordance to ISO13485 standard, which is monitored by NQA, and we accept regular surveillance assessments. 

There are supervisors inspecting production lines, checking manufacture procedures, to ensure overall quality is alright. Before the shipment, our QC Manager will make a casual inspection on final finished products once again.
